TERMS & CONDITIONS

The terms and conditions that apply when you use our services.

Welcome to Assure Security Ltd. These Terms & Conditions set out the basis on which we provide our security services to you. By requesting a quotation, accepting a quotation, booking our services or instructing us, you agree to these Terms & Conditions.

These Terms & Conditions apply to all services provided by Assure SecurityLtd to businesses, venues, event organisers and private individuals.

1. DEFINITIONS

"Assure Security", "we", "us" or "our" means Assure Security Ltd.

"Client", "you" or "your" means the person, business or organisation booking or using our services.

"Services" means the security services set out in our quotation, email configuration or agreement.

2. SERVICES
We provide security services including but not limited to:
 

Door Supervision, Static Guarding, festivals & Events, Mobile Security and Key Holding.
The services we provide will be detailed in our quotation or email confirmation.

3. BOOKINGS & CONFIRMATIONS
A booking is confirmed when we issue an email confirmation to you.
The email confirmation will include the date(s), times, location, number of staff and any other details relating to the service. Please check all details carefully and inform us immediately of any errors.

4. MINIMUM BOOKING PERIOD
The minimum booking period for security officer services is four (4) hours per officer unless otherwise agreed in writing.
If a booking is reduced on the day, the full minimum charge may still apply.

5. PAYMENT TERMS
Payment is due after the service has been complete in full and upon receipt of our invoice.
Invoices are payable within 14 days unless otherwise stated on the invoice.

6. LATE PAYMENT
If payment is not received by the due date, we may: 

Charge interest on the overdue amount at the rate permitted by law; and Recover any reasonable costs of chasing payment, including debt recovery fees.
This does not affect any other rights or remedies we may have.

7. CANCELLATION BY CLIENT
Cancellation charges will be reasonable and will reflect the losses we incur as a result of the cancellation.
Cancellations must be made in writing or email.

8. CHANGES BY CLIENTS
Any changes to the booking (including date, time, location, number of officers or duties) must be requested as early as possible.
We will do our best to accommodate changes but cannot guarantee availability.


9. STAFFING & SUBSTITUTIONS
We will always aim to provide the officers confirmed in your booking.
Where necessary, we may substitute an officer with another suitably qualified and licensed officer.
We will never reduce the agreed standards or number of officers without your consent.

10. CLIENT RESPONSIBILITIES
You agree to:
Provide accurate information about the site, event or premises.
Provide access instructions and any necessary passes or permits.
Inform us of any risks or hazards.
Provide a safe working environment.
Ensure our officers are treated with respect at all times.

11. KEY HOLDING
Where we provide Key Holding Services, this may include:
Holding physical keys and/or access devices.
Holding alarm codes.
Attending alarm activations.
Conducting property inspections.
Carrying out other agreed duties.

Call-outs or attendance outside agreed hours may incur additional charges.

12. MOBILE PATROL SERVICES
Mobile patrol routes, frequencies and response times are agreed individually for each client.
These arrangements are not guaranteed unless specifically stated in writing. 

13. EVENTS
For events and festivals:
Final attendance numbers must be provided in good time.
You must inform us of any changes that may affect risk or staffing.
Additional officers may be required on the day.
If an event is postponed, rescheduled or cancelled, our cancellation policy (section 7) will apply.

14. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
We provide security services with reasonable care and skill. While we take all reasonable steps to deliver professional security services, we do not guarantee that incidents, injury, loss or damage will never occur.
Our liability is limited to the fullest extent permitted by law.

15. INSURANCE
We maintain the following insurance cover:
Public Liability insurance.
Personal Indemnity insurance.
A copy of our insurance certificate can be provided upon request.

16. COMPLAINTS
If you have any complaints about out services, please contact us at

We will acknowledge your complaint and aim to respond within 5 working days. We are committed to resolving any issues fairly and professionally.

17. FORCE MAJEURE
We will not be liable for any delay or failure to perform due to events beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to severe weather, natural disasters, strikes, terrorism, civil unrest or acts of government.

18. THIRD PARTIES
We may use subcontracted security personnel or other suppliers to deliver our services.
We remain responsible for the standard of work delivered.

19. APPLICABLE LAW
These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of England and Wales.
Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.

20. CHANGES TO TERMS
We may update these Terms & Conditions from time to time.
The latest version will always be available on our website.

IMPORTANT: If you are a consumer (booking our services for purposes outside your business), nothing in these Terms & Conditions affects your statutory rights. Our services will always be carried out with reasonable care and skill.
